Finally, the FD Project Fusion Part II - IGNITES! is finally over.. To most, my part ain't over yet. As the video for Sensei and for our post celebration is not out yet.. Or should I say, that I'm not sure if it's out yet? The whole video thing will be done by LiYu, despite her being only a secondary 3 student. She has great potential in video-ing, and her dream course is Diploma in Film Sound, or some sort.. Our future aspiring Movie Director!!

In order to accomplish the task that was given upon me as a Marketing and Reporting Main IC for this project, I shed dunno-how-many buckets of tears.. First it was YT (it seems ok now le..) then it was overwhelming responsiblities from my district's discussion meeting, my SNCWE's weekly practices, my FD Zone's targets, and this project's deadlines.. At nearly all Friday daimokukais, I really felt that all these falls too heavy on me, especially when it was reaching weekends.. My weekends seemed to be more packed than my weekdays then..

It's really my good fortune that I have Li Yu with me. Without her, I really don't know how the video will turn out like.. Or whether there will be any video at all, since I know nuts about it.. Even though I'm a FDIC now, I still feel a bit hesitant when asking the students, be it the performers, or the audiences, or other ICS to share with me their thoughts and feelings, as I feel that it's not their obligation to answer my questions, and that by interviewing them, I will be disturbing them in doing their duties.

From the practices up to the performance days, my secondary school days feelings returned. In the past, I had always separated people of my age in school into 2 catagories. One is the "superior, "in", and "high" profile" peopl, and the other is the direct opposite, that the "inferior, "out", and graduates from the school without any traces". I belong the the latter, and I always didn't dared to even talk to the "superior" cluster..

So, what has this got to do with the performers? Cos I feel that they are the "superior" cluster, and I dared not talk to them, even when I am a FD IC now. Of course, my meaning of "superior" is not really that they are superior. It's just that they are more verbal, and they make friends faster. They are a kind of stress for me.. However, Freddie from Rhythm dance group changed my view. In actual fact, they are all still kids in their teens.. Despite making me feel all those I said above, Freddie made me realise that they too need other people to acknowledge them, that they are doing fine, moving in the correct directions..

By post celebration, I should have gotten a new laptop, and a new printer... yeaZ! But still, I don't know what I want in a comp, as in the specs and things. Is there any kind souls out there who can help me? Perhaps can give me a call? Well, you see, I can't check this blog everyday, until I get my new laptop...

So, till then....
